Preliminary Committee of the Sudan Doctors Syndicate: The negative repercussions of the war continue on El-Obeid City Hospital

The Preliminary Committee of the Sudan Doctors Syndicate said that Al-Obeid Teaching Hospital suffers from frequent power outages and a shortage of generator fuel, which negatively affected the treatment of patients and the progress of the medical service. This is accompanied by a complete shutdown of water from the hospital due to the control of one of the conflicting parties over the city's water station.

According to the Preliminary Committee, the capacity of the hospital has been increased to receive the injured from Khartoum state, which has led to increased pressure on services and service providers in the capital of North Kordofan Hospital.

And it appealed to the government of North Kordofan state to give priority in the disbursement of fuel to El-Obeid Hospital and to provide safe water for the flow of service to the citizens of the state and the patients arriving there.
